How WordCraft Online handles accounts, DOCX files, and editing requests.

What we collect
If you sign in, WordCraft Online uses your email address and account details to provide your account. Guest use does not require an email address; a signed guest cookie associates the browser with its document and request count. When you use the editor, we receive the DOCX you upload, your editing requests, and the resulting document. We also use Google Analytics to understand visits and general site usage.
How document editing works
Your DOCX is processed on our server. Relevant document text and your request are sent to our AI provider, MiniMax, so WordCraft can plan the requested change. The edited DOCX is generated by the WordCraft document tools and returned to you for preview and download.
Storage and access
Document sessions are stored privately on the processing server and normally removed about seven days after the last edit. Access to a session is checked against the signed-in account or the signed guest cookie associated with it. Account records and basic document history remain in the application database while the account is active. We do not sell your documents or account data.
Questions and requests
Signed-in users can update their profile and use the account support form to ask about or request removal of account data.
